Brief was “resort life at home”. We had an existing pool to work with, but required a welcoming space to relax and entertain on crisp winter nights as much as the hot summer days. There was some technical concrete foundation work to include but everyone was super pleased with the results. The stone walls carry over the tone of the house, while the open fire and weather protection of the pergola keep the space versatile. It all works in harmony with maintenance free planting that will thrive year round with minimal effort.
